Social media has caused us to become obsessed with eating the right way. I wholeheartedly believe that social media is one of the main causes of our obsession with food, nutrition and wellness. And you may feel that you have to be obsessed with food in order to be healthy.

Private coaching is the highest level of care we offer at Nourishing Minds Nutrition, and is certainly the fastest way to reach your goals of food and body peace, leaving food (and wellness) obsession behind in 2023.

 

You may know that we offer 3 and 6 month packages for private coaching, but you may not know that we also offer breakthrough sessions.

 

These are individual 75 minute sessions where you can meet with one of the dietitians at NMN, and create an individualized plan based off your history and goals. These breakthrough sessions are a perfect fit if you just want a single meeting to get you on the right track, OR if you are interested in a 3 or 6 month package, but want to feel out what a coaching session feels like before moving on to a package.
