Anytime I talk about
perfectionism on the podcast, you love the episodes and I totally
get it! Its something that I struggled with, and while I consider
myself a recovering perfectionist for the most part, it is still
something I always have to challenge. Perfectionism can often be
one of the root problems surrounding disordered eating and
orthorexia, so its an important mindset shift to work through and
move past for this, but even if you don’t struggle with your
relationship with food, its still worthwhile to work on.
