Y’all I am so excited about today’s episode! I started following Becca Bristow about a year ago when we connected on the conversation of Intuitive Eating, and have become RD-online-friends and feel so honored to say that! Becca came on the show today to share about her business, being a mother, her passion for intuitive eating and we also spend a ton of time chatting the benefits of essential oils. Becca is a wonderful educator on how to use essential oils, and if you’ve been wondering why you should add essential oils to your wellness journey and how to do so, this conversation is for you!
If you don’t know Becca, she is a Registered Dietitian, wife, dog lover, content creator, DIY fiend, oily lady, and homebody. She is the content creator of the popular You Tube channel under her name, Becca Bristow, and a very inspiring entrepreneur and dietitian. One of my favorite things about Becca is how she shares tips, education and inspiration in a very laid back, easy to digest way. Conversations on health and nutrition and even essential oils can become so complicated so quickly, and she does such a good job of truly helping you understand and digest these complex conversations- which to me is a true sign of someone who knows their stuff.

This episode is brought to you by Beekeepers Natural. Beekeepers Natural is a wellness company that makes innovative products made from healing hive compounds, but they are also on a mission to save the bees! My personal favorite product is the propolis throat spray, made from the immune system of the hive it has incredible germ fighting properties and is something I always have on hand when traveling and when I feel the need for extra immune support. And I also love B. Powered which combines all the superfoods of the hive of propolis, royal jelly, energizing bee pollen, and—of course— honey, I’ve been putting this in my afternoon tea for an energy boost. And the superfood cacao honey, made with Ecuadorian cacao and sustainably sourced honey is so delicious drizzled on yogurt, smoothies and on my toast too!
