The purpose of today’s episode is to give anyone out there experiencing digestive issues doable and approachable tools and strategies you can begin using today to have digestive relief. While this conversation is geared towards people with IBS, or Irritable Bowel Syndrome, these strategies can really be used by anyone experiencing digestive symptoms.

 

It’s been awhile since I’ve shared this so I wanted to give a quick refresher to why I’m so passionate about digestive health and ensuring my clients and community have root cause identified, strategies with lifestyle and food and nutrition to support symptoms and utilizing food as medicine through herbal supplements and probiotics to have symptom relief and let me explain why...

 

For a decade of my life, I had terrible IBS.

 

My symptoms affected my quality of life severely. My own digestive issues, and really all my health issues, led me to start a practice that specializes in these areas, because when I was going through it myself, this type of help didn’t exist. And I was determined to change that.
