But really, wtf is diet culture? It’s a term that’s being used and thrown around a lot, but how do we define it and know if the information we are consuming is diet culture or not?

Plus, I give you three tips to be able to point out if something is diet culture or not, and end the episode sharing questions you can ask yourself to determine if you’re being influenced by diet culture.
